Martin is the reason I became a Jets fan. He’s the first player I ever identified as my favorite player in his first preseason for the Pats. When the Jets signed him I switched allegiances and never went back so I remember it a little too clearly lol
Fuck him, not anymore. The bloom has come off his rose the last couple of years, and why would we want a guy in his 70s who absolutely abhors us?

I can understand the fogginess, there was a lot of inbreeding between the CS of the teams throughout that whole period. Drew Bledsoe was there at the beginning of the Belichick Era and Bledsoe had played with CMart during the Pats Tuna years, so there's a common thread.
