Speaking of power, or lack thereof, I read that Jared Allen did 13 reps at the Combine.

And Cody almost broke the 6 second barrier.

hahaha...i'm sure he'll be fine for his Pro Day.

I'm just pissed because i wanted to see him run the drills today.

Adrian Tracy, Cam Thomas and Brian Price are helping themselves today... I'm also intrigued by this TE'O-neshiem kid...

Very disappointed Cody decided not to lift.

I have a hunch he knew he wouldn't do well and a total in the teens might have knocked him out of the first round. He doesn't strike me as a gym rat.

If he was a gym rat he wouldn't have weight issues... but I guess in the NFL you either go to the gym volountarily or you get kicked in the ass until you get in the gym...

JPP doesn't look good in flipping his hips and dropping back.

Let's talk some Daniel Te'o-Nesheim guys... this guy is supposed to be an over-achiever (30 sacks as a DE for Washington) with an excellent motor but not enough athletic skills to become an OLB...

He is 6'3" 263lbs, ran a 4.72 (like D. Morgan), bench-pressed 29 times, long jump was 10.1 and to me he looked pretty fluid in the drills.
    Thats athletic enough for me!

Combine this with him having an excellent motor, a team captain and a guy who has consistenly produced and I think he becomes a pretty nice prospect for us in the 6th round...

    From walterfootball:

1/22/10: Was impressive as a junior, and only improved himself in his senior year. Recorded 12.5 TFL and 9.5 sacks. A smart and crafty end who knows how to get to the quarterback. 6/7 round...

Man Vince Oghobaase is as athletic as my grandma! He is killing himself in this combine...

PS Lindesy Witten (UCONN) also looks like a nice prospect...

Yes Lindsey Witten and Andre Dixon are both from UConn...I've watched every one of their games and they both really impress me, could be late round targets for us. Witten is a good pass rusher and Dixon could be a real solid 3rd RB.

Witten's coverage drills looked real natural to me.
