Everything that I've heard about Chaz Schilens indicates that he's strictly a possession wideout. Game speed is more important than timed speed.

What's the point of drafting DHB AND Murphy if Schilens is the greatest player to ever play the game?

Comparing him to Brandon Marshall is a fucking joke.

Ok so in the Raiders offense, the TE is the first option, the RB the second, then look to the WRs. Joe even though you are proven to be a fake, this is entertaining. But the gig is up, let it go.

When are you going to understand that what your team looks like on paper doesn't matter. EVER!

Well you would be wrong.(happen alot lately) Chaz schilens can do it all and is way more than a possessin reciever. The guy is a big play Wr who can go get the football. Not only is he tall 6'4 225 but has a 43 inch vertical jump with 4.36 speed. Just stratching the surface how good this kid going to be.

Why draft Dhb and Murphy iF schilens is that good. You see when you have three Wrs that are big and fast. Its alot tougher to find three big cbs that can stay with those kind of Wrs. Anyone of those Wr can be the deep threat on any given play or be used to run many diffrent routes. When you have that much versatility, a defense is never really sure what each player role is on a given play.

Raiders are a predominately running team but when they do pass the TE and RB will be the first two options.
Listen when you have a TE Zach Miller that caught more twenty plus passes than any Te in football. You bet to believe that Te going to be your first option. A fact that TE Zach Miller is 15 months younger than Dustin Keller.(just wait till he gets to Keller age)

You have a Rb Darren Mcfadden with WR skills who a defense going to ask a LB or safety to try and cover. You bet im going to challenge a defense alot there. (easy pickings)

If you don't understand the matchup problems raiders enjoy with those two positions and why they are going to be the top two reception leaders for the Raiders. Than you are hopeless and don't understand the game.

Just accept the fact that your team isn't leaving Oakland without a loss. Somethings never change.

the BIGGEST problem is that you have JaMarcus Russell at QB... HE really is the epic failure of the Raiders... maybe with a decent QB you could go somewhere since you have talent at RB and TE and physical specimens at WR. But he flat out sucks + he has to get rid of the ball in under 5 seconds because your OL is a laugh... if you had a decent OL and a decent QB I agree you could at least go 8-8 but with the guys you have... consider yourself lucky if you get to 6-10 this season...

PS no disirspect on the raiders, just my honest analysis...

Again where are you drawing your conclusions from. Your Russell and Raiders oline comments are ridiculous. Raiders oline has been rebuilt. We know Mario Henderson who was inserted in at LT late in the year and shutdown. R Seymour , Mario williams, and Gaines adams . It wasn't coincidence that Russell and the offense improved alot with him at LT. Raiders signed Jaguars LT Khalif barnes (very solid lT) to play RT. Barnes will be going against a lesser pass rusher at LDE than he saw against the elite pass rushers at LT. Raiders traded for Center Samson satele who a great fit in Raiders zone blocking scheme. Raiders oline should be equally effective blocking for the run as it is for the pass. So I really don't understand where your coming from.

    1. What is stratching?

    2. Schilens has something like 16 career receptions...and you're banking on him being your team's top wideout. Jesus, I thought the Jets had problems at receiver.

    3. Have you ever heard of Matt Jones? Not only was he tall, but he had a great vertical, and he ran in the 4.3s...

So Chaz Schilens is the next Brandon Marshall yet he is at best the 3rd option in the passing game and the team used 2 of their top 3 picks on a WR?

Only in the world of Retardjoe..

Hey, did you guys know that McFaggen is a huge receiving threat? He's gonna be a nightmare for LB's... you know? Just in case you haven't heard Joe say it 19 times.

    *sighs*

We got it, he can catch a football... but can the douchefag stay healthy?

Also comparing Chaz Schillens to Brandon Marshall is laughable....

Schilens, Chaz ACT REC 15 YDS 226 AVG 15.1 TDS 2

Check out Brandon Marshall first year and than he exploded on the scene his second season. Could that be the same scenario for Chaz Schilens a faster version of Brandon Marshall.

Lets see Brandon Marshall goes 6'4 230 4.52 37 inch vertical to chaz schilens 6'4 225 4.36 43 inch vertical. I don't know about you but his physical ability more impressive than brandon Marshall. Now throw in the fact that marshall a suspension waiting to happen.

You will see Mcfadden recieving skills and I almost feel sorry for the Bart Scott and David Harris who are going to be asked to cover this guy. IF Thomas Howard(one of the best man to man cover LB can't cover him), than what chances does mere mortals Scott and harris to. None.
