That sounds pretty reasonable to me. I wouldn't have been surprised if SD had won (although they do have the history of making the big mistake) but the Pats D came up big when it had to. The Jets certainly know how to beat the Patriots although they can be beaten too. I hope the Pats D continue's to get better so that by week 5? they can cause Sanchez real trouble.
Part of me doesnt even want to comment and part of me wants to punch my fucking monitor.... Tom Brady just threw for 1000 yards in two weeks....we barely made it past the Cowboys after getting outplayed for 57 minutes. Im not shitting on todays victory but....its the Jags. We'll find out plenty about this team in the next 3 weeks. Until then lets take it a tad easy.
That's what happens when you don't play defense and are content with getting into a shootout with them.
I don't disagree BUT the Jags did beat Tennessee in week 1 who in turn just destroyed the same Ravens that destroyed Pittsburgh last week so the win yesterday was probably a little more credible then you are making it.
actually... its a 45% chance we don't make the playoffs. Those guys are projecting we are most likely to win the #1 seed after 2 weeks. Glad to see you are pissed off that we are getting props  Actually based on that computer simulation, the teams with more than a 10% chance of winning the #1 seed, are the Jets, Bills and Pats. Sounds like they feel the team that wins the east, is the best team in the AFC. Can't say I disagree, even if it is only 2 weeks into the season.
lol...I read he is on pace to break Marino's 27 year old record for most passing yards in a season by 2500 yards. Or to put it another way he only needs to throw for 296 ypg through the remainder of the year to break it.
keep smoking whatever it is you're smoking...did you forget about the pats or the texans???...because right now they are CLEARLY better than us. The former has the #1 offense in the league & the latter has the #1 defense.
You forgetting there's a team that plays in Foxboro and has about 1000 yards of offense already this season?
Patriots are the best team in the AFC right now. Jets are in the top 5, but you need to put them at the end of the list. Why? Because we played dogshit teams. Haven't proven anything yet this year.
well if mangold isn't in there against the pats and ravens coming up that could be bring us back into the pile unfortunately.
Yes Master, the Jets are clearly the best team in the AFC. yup, you are right. uh huh, no doubt about it. The rest of the league should just forfeit the rest of the season and crown them champs now. Brady and the Patriots really stink this year, they have zero offense and can't stop anyone.
why? what changed in the AFC after midnight when the link was posted? better yet, what changed that would improve us to being the team most likely to clinch the #1 seed. Seems odd things changed so much in hours when no football was played... Don't mean it to sound like your wrong, just that it makes no sense for things to change, without something changing in the NFL.

How about if we take a lead in the division before these threads keep popping up, until we can get over the Foxboro hill that has been in our way these threads are silly. For all of our playoff success I am tired of not having a home game. There are 4 2-0 teams in the AFC and 3 are in our division.
The Pats are the best team in the AFC right now. Their D isn't very good, but it doesn't matter because their O is historically good. We present a great matchup since our O is average and our D can be extremely tough. Our chances go up if we play as the underdog. Week 5 - Can't wait.
