cromartie played the entire 08 season w a broken hip. last season he was one of the better corners in the league in terms of opposing qb rating when thrown at. people say he hasnt done anything since 07 but i think thats just because he hasnt put up the guady INT stat he did in 07. As far as incognito, lol, dude was cut by 2 of the worst teams in the league the last 2 years who also have terrible olines. the fins fans think he is great though. sorry for no paragraphs, havent figured that out on phone yet.
As many of already said, this preseason shit is just that, shit. Just as many people are gloating about our team. The only annoying thing is I don't storm a Dolphins forum whenever a positive rank, report, or writeup comes out. I have respect for the Phins CB's but as og yet have not shown me that they are elite. We all know Revis is Revis, but Cro and Wilson are really an unknown factor at this point too. I think they'll be great but no matter how many reports we see it won't count until it counts.

As far as Muhammed, he picked corners that he has played against, but I can't fathom how you pick those 2 corners in Miami as the best corner tandem. They didn't say anything about the future. That part of the segment was 'Best Cornerback Tandem in the NFL' - and Miami is terribly underqualified to be in that argument. Your secondary got picked apart like a stack of Legos all season in 2009.
If Cromartie comes and plays the way he is expected to, we'll have the #1 and like #6, 7, 8, or 9 in the game....either way, the best corner and a top 10 corner on the field together all the time....that's the best by a long shot.
If Cro is the Cro of the last two years we have the best tandem in the NFL, if Cro is the Cro of 2007, we will be in the conversation for best CB tandem in NFL history. To even mention the Dolphins in this category is beyond ridiculous. Now if the conversation was who has the gayest uniforms in he NFL, then sure the Dolphins apply but CB tandem? Your "proven" V. Davis and S. Smith were two of the worst starting CB's in the league last year. They gave up QB ratings of 116 and 104 when thrown at. The "unproven" Cromartie gave up a QB rating of 72 when thrown at in a system that didn't play to his strengths. They only thing they've proven so far is that they consistently make QB's look like top tier QB's.

Muhsin puts forth that the fins have the best potential cb tandem in the league. It seems that the players who actually played our division last year (moss included) have concluded that our stars are rising..and fast.
