From what I seen in the 40 you should hold one of sticks down before yiu run then dont just push as hard as you can but try to build it up by pushing them medium speed then progressing faster. Just keep practicing and you should get in the zone everytime
damn i was in the zone for about 20 yards but i tripped before the line, and got a 4.6, that was a 4.2 son.
my record in the bench press drill is 40 and my record for the 40 yard dash is 4.41.... i would like to hear every1 else records in this.
in the 40 yard dash ur stick control has 2 be sick..... once u get in "the zone" u have 2 stay in it till the 40 yards is up and make sure u use the lean...... for the bench press its all about mashing the triggers 2 get power back..... very hard 2 get 40 on the bench press and 4.41 on the 40 yard dash.... played for like a hour and a half before i got 2 these #'s.
