Zach Wilson? Nothing here about a player, coach, owner, trainer or hot dog guy in section 217 is unsolicited - it's what we're here to discuss. Now, is there something in the content I've written that you would like to take issue with or are you just here for the personal attacks again?
But there was no "unsolicited dig" at either Wilson or his "supporters." It's too bad that you simply cannot follow a conversation, but that's your problem.
So, where's any kind of unsolicited dig at anyone? Did you watch the game? Did you do it to compare it to a game 16 years ago or to see what the current team would do?
Every single post was in response to one of someone else. Again, if you can't keep up with a conversation that's on you. Why get involved at all if only to make personal attacks?
And your response to @Jetaho saying he enjoyed the game 'immensely"... was to start shitting on Zach and his supporters. Zach is fair game for criticism... but you don't actually talk about his play... your agenda is to shit on his supporters... which you proceed to do after your initial response to Jetaho's post... which had nothing to do with Zach Wilson. Anyone can go back to post #23 and see where you started to steer the thread. Oh yeah... point to where I personally attacked you on this thread.
Yeah, I thought it was weird that my post illicited a "But Zach sucks" response. Following Brook's lead in starting the thread, I was just expressing how joyful I was that we won in Denver. I lived in Denver for 5 years, had two kids born there who have both grown up to be Broncos fans, and have taken a lot of abuse over the years. Suck it Donkeys! I suppose Ralebird was upset with my stating that a large portion of Jets fans are defeatists and identify as such. That wasn't aimed at him, although it is proving more and more accurate with every post he makes. I've always felt that many fans and the NY media are too quick to attack and give up on young quarterbacks because it is who we are. We can never win. We always draft the wrong guy. If our QB isn't a franchise player right out of the box, he sucks and we should get rid of him, shaking our heads at how bad we suck as a franchise. Case in point is that we're 5-2, but Zach sucks. Now Breece and AVT are hurt, so we will be lucky to go 8-9. Elijah Moore is a bitch. Our OC sucks. We spent too much on a washed up Robinson. Blah. Blah. Blah. This forum is where many of us come to talk Jets, and criticism is fair play. Otherwise there is nothing to talk about. But derailing a celebratory thread with criticism is out of line IMO. Can't we just be fans once in a while? We're 5-2!
Derailing threads is @Ralebird 's forte... but he really loves to shit on Jet fans whenever he can. Frankly... I don't understand why the moderators put up with his nonsense.
Last things first - the entirety of your post #43 is directed at denigrating me, not anything I wrote because you address nothing on topic in the post. Now, to the beginning - I "shit on" no one, either as a group or personally. What I did was respond to Jetaho when he said he enjoyed the game immensely by writing "I guess that's why we're here, different opinions" - did you miss that completely or are you choosing to ignore it just to be a pain in the ass? You are correct about one thing however, I "don't actually talk about his (Wilson's) play" in that post. You are right there because I had no intent to do so but you still claim it is me shitting on him. Make up your freakin' mind - did I shit on him or not actually talk about him? You can't have it both ways! As far as your claim that my post #23 was an attempt to steer the thread is first of all wrong on its face - there was no such attempt and second, began by acknowledging different opinions and ended by asking if the win and a few good plays was enough to eliminate any concern for all the lousy play. If there is something you find illegitimate about that, you really need to understand what you're reading much better before commenting at all.
Feel free to report anything you believe is inappropriate to the moderators. Of course it would help your case if you knew what the fuck you were talking about. Reading comprehension is important. Having a different opinion from the great Acad is not nonsense; quite the opposite in fact.
