How about that CAN'T WAIT CLIP,,, that alot of you love,, that got followed up by Scott bouncing off Mendenhall a couple hundred times in the first half of that AFC Championship game.... Ravens were mocking him, yelling that all over the place this past week. He sure showed them last night.

Yea, let's revel in a Jet player making some mistakes. That's what a real fan would do.

    Fucking lame ass shit.

Seriously, looking so forward to this season, the Jets have big time depressed me. I never thought they'd have the holes they have.

Hate to tell you but there was only one game after the Can't Wait.... they don't just play different games to different people... maybe you should just shut it up and not try to think again.

Seriously, what's wrong with you? Why do you post on a Jets fan message board?

Anyways, Scott has struggled with elite RBs, especially ones with speed. When RBs are able to get the edge on our defense, we struggle. Mendenhall running right through our defense last year was a big surprise, but we don't generally struggle with that.

The only part of our defense I'm really worried about right now is the pass rush. I think a lot of our problems stem from lack of talent at safety. Our LBs are poor in coverage, and our safeties can't single cover TEs or RBs out of the backfield, and this makes it so we can't send any of our speedy players after the QB.

If we had safeties who were more solid in coverage we could send more players after the QB, or even send our safeties after the QB because opposing teams game plans wouldn't be to abuse us over the middle.

I love Bart Scott, but anybody that truly believes he only missed one tackle in the AFC championship game didn't watch it. You can call on the numbers as much as you like, but he completely sucked (along with everyone else wearing green and white) in the first half.

That being said, he made a couple of mistakes last night, but he didn't cost the Jets anything. He didn't seem slow, or injured, and he is far from being overrated, here or anywhere.

How about watching the game and looking at the game charts before you opine out of your behind. Saying he sucked and then saying he missed more than one tackle is totally different.

Then again your are probably too lazy to go back and look.

Here is some analysis of the game, I will actually do the work for you. It is by a blogger that is noted for his excellent analysis but don't let that get in the way: BTW he says it was 2, I only remembered 1........

I don't know how many people are familiar with profootballfocus.com, but their in depth analysis shows bart to be one of the best and underrated linebackers in the nfl. He is the key to our run D. The run D that held Ray Rice to 2.6 YPC BTW..

28martin is clearly just a troll who doesn't know football at all and gets his jollies by being the center of attention on an internet forum
