LMAO so I guess he's changed usernames after a bad rep on the old one. not surprised. and while some people may have been annoyed by my assessment of mayfield, i never attacked anyone or was unfair to him and i made several posts with breakdowns of game film which is more then anyone else did during the draft and even let the mayfield supporters pick games they wanted me to breakdown so i was fair and didn't just pick a bad game on purpose. also LOl at the marriota is a FQB and wentz and goff are busts. he was wrong on all 3 accounts. goff and wentz are FQB and marriota is close to being out of the NFL at this point and has an odd injury that could end his career but wasn't playing well before it

I liked Mayfield coming out but now I dont really give a shit if he's good or not. But thursday night doesn't tell you anything. The Jets were in a easy zone most of the time he was in there. He was 1 reading it and tossing to the open receiver. Lets see how he does in more challenging circumstances before we mock other posters predicting his demise. they might actually be right and then you would feel pretty stupid
That's fine and I'll admit it but declaring someone who many here thought was a legit NFL high first round pick as a bust before ever taking a snap, and telling folks who did like the player that they don't understand football and don't know what they are watching? Guys who watch a TON of college and pro football? That should make someone else feel pretty stupid.

Mayfield might be good someday who knows but damn that game reminded me so much of the painful Teblow comeback against us also on a Thursday night. After that game the media was giving Tebow blowjays all week as well
We talked about this several times in the QB draft threads, but it is going to take years to evaluate which QB is the best, which team made the right choice, etc. And I don't mean 2 years. Or 3. They are so young. I think Mayfield is 23, Allen 22, Rosen and Darnold 21. Who knows how they will look 5 years from now? What about 10? But as usual: People snapped to conclusions after a half of football on a Thursday night. Classic.
I’ve read some of his posts and he didn’t call Wentz and Goff busts bit thought Wentz was a complete unknown bard upon his level of competition and a draft risk and that Goff was frail and could be an injury risk. And he never advocated for trading up for Winston. So you’re 0-3.
Lol. I get it, you can’t judge a QB off of 3 minutes of football. But if you have any eyes, clearly Baker can play in this league. And he’s energized a fan base and a city. Who woulda guessed it?
