Rome wasn't built in a day, when we finally bring in some guys that can play the 3-4 it won't be like teaching Icelandic to a deaf kid to hte rest of the guys on the team. This is a learning experiece for most of these guys and the ones that don't buy into it will be buying into it somewhere else. Sure we don't wanna lose 41-0 but with the exception of that ecen with some poor play by the D we've had an oppurtunity to win or tie the other 2 losses in the final mnutes.
