Based on Geno's stats (yea, I know, no context), I'd say the ankle is not an issue.

I fucking hate Sanchez. If he really is trying to imitate Joe Namath with that facial hair... Just wow. Why?

So, then Sanchez gets a pass for WFH, and Austin Howards on the job training?

    Last year?

Gates,. Gilyard. Rueland. Howrd, replacing WFH. Sparano.

    Hill,Holmes,Keller missing 30 games?

And thats how you judgeyour QB?

I would suggest, respectfully...that despite the moron play to Ziggy, the fact that he elevated his game, to a 99.8 passer rating, coupled with elevating to 80 plus in the Red Zone under Moore in 2011, producing 32 scores...suggests theres more to this player, than we have seen yet.

I think, by the end of this season, many people are going to thank Tanny for that extension.

Sorry to interupt the non-stop Sanchez banter, but does anyone know how Ivory did today.

Also, I'm new here, so forgive me if I'm out of line, but why have a Sanchez thread when the same people turn every thread into a Sanchez thread. It seems that, if anyone says anything negative about Sanchez on any thread, even if it falls within the thread topic, the same people feel compelled to not simply let that person express their opinion, but to tell them they're wrong, and go through the same argument that I, a newbie, have already read too many times.

imo im just a bit worried if geno ankle gets chronic, it shouldn't hurt anything by now if it completly healed.

I agree. A little chronic shouldn't hurt Geno at all!

but this makes no sense, ESPN just told me the other day that Rex takes no interest in the offense at all and that he didn't even know what an offense was - surely he was just lost or looking for a snack or something?

Geno picked up some ground today

A strong week and good showing vs J'Ville and he could have a shot at the job

    Braylon knows better than that.

Maybe he got confused and thought the play was over before it actually was over. It happens.

I would worry if it happened again, though....

(but it didn't, did it? )

Braylon will be fine. Marty knows what a real weapon he has in him which is why he got on his case today.

Doesn't look like he's giving out an expression that says "WTF is that 'new look' all about?"

It's more of a "I'm just there to interview Mark Sanchez. Yay."

Its not going to be completely healed 2 days after it happened. I fucked up my ankle real bad 3 months ago and its just starting to feel about 80% now. Ankle injuries take time to heal. Good thing is, Geno didnt even sprain his ankle, so its completely understandable that he isnt 100%.

I think its really encouraging that he was able to roll out of the pocket a few times and work on it. He will be fine, he just has to tape his ankles like every other NFL player. Id say in a week he will be 100% if he doesnt re-injure it.

ben roethlisberger has a shitty line and doesnt have much better weapons (mike wallace was hurt a decent amount i feel like). dude did fine and helped them WIN games

edit: jeez, he played in all games except one and his stats weren't that great

That is the definition of tunnel vision.

Tunnel vision?.....turnovers is one of the most important stat there is you cant win when your QB is constantly throwing picks and fumbling the ball

I assume he's saying Sanchez is easy to read so he only sees what he's looking at which allows defenders to pick him off
