    yeah, Pedroia was expected.

    There wasn't really anyone to give it to.

    wow. when was the last time an AL MVP had numbers like Pedroia? Perfect storm for him to win.

    interesting..thanks for the numbers. Padroia won the MVP but he didnt have MVP numbers. hmmm

    ops+ of 132 to Pedroia's 122 this year, of course Pedroia was a better than league average 2b this year, while Jeter was an abortion at SS in 2006

    fielding bible has Pedroia at +15 this year, 5th among 2b, 2nd among AL 2b
    Jeter in 2006 was at -22

    I really doubt it, since his strength is popups, and weakness is GBs, moving to his right and f
    footwork, he'd probably be worse at 2b
