When Bellifuckingasshole went for it on 4th and 3 and they scored. Worst moment of my life. What a facial he gave our team.
Honestly it wasn't the 4th and 3 it was the play right before when they gained 19 on 3rd and 22. It wasn't that they gained the yards it was that we appeared to be playing scared. 3rd and 22 and we brought a 3 man rush. I knew at that point we weren't going to stop them and our D knew they weren't going to stop them.
the pick near the goal line when Sanchez threw it right to the LB when a drive was finally looking promising. the shanked punt could've been overcome, along with the other stuff sanchez ripping the team's heart out with that throw couldn't
Yeah. Good point. But the 4th and 3 for me was just a fucking Madden play. I disrespect my friends like that who I know I'm better than all the time. To see that shit happen live, heartbreaking.
When on the opening drive the Patriots snapped the ball and the center was the only one that moved, the flag was called, and they decided not to call a false start. When that happened I turned to my friend I was with and said, "Oh, its gonna be THAT kind of night".
Haha, yeah that was bad. How in the world is that not a false start when Brady hitches back and then takes the snap 1/2 second later. The officials mine as well not even showed up yesterday. They literally wouldnt call anything on the Pats with the exception of the obvious pass interference call on Branch.
When Rex called for a punt on 4th and 1 at their own 46 down 24-3 That was the sign of Rex giving up on the game.. Why wouldn't the players give up if Rex is giving up?
He always does that to the Jets! You get all happy for one second then you see that he is lining up to go for it. And you say to yourself "Fuck they will pick it up and continue the drive" I hate that. I knew the game was over at halftime and it will take me at least a week to get over this defeat.
That throw, and especially that play call were inexcusable. 9 guys IN THE BOX. You have to throw the fade to Edwards.
the worst part about that throw is that Edwards wasn't even open in the back of the endzone. Horrible decision and throw. Even if Spikes were not there, Edwards was double covered. I don't know what the hell Sanchez was doing on that play. He had enough time to make the correct read and failed.
I knew the game was over when we kicked a 54 yard field goal, chasing 3 points in the first quarter... it was cemented that the game was over as soon as Rex tried to do that idiotic challenge on the next possession... Coaching = EPIC FAIL!
