    4 times they've been under 20 pts, but 6 times they've been over 28pts.... does that make everyone happy??

    Another interesting statistic since I bothered to download and look at the scores stats. The 3 most "inconsistent teams" in the NFL. As measured by StDev of score:
    1. Buffalo Bills 13.18423968
    2. New England Patriots 13.14417098
    3. New York Jets 12.89454267

    In contrast, the most consistent team is the Lions (obviously consistently BAD)

    I think this inconsistency in score is more telling of how we as jets fans feel than the high score statistic.

    Take out each teams 2 highest scoring games and you have the packers moving ahead of us, with us holding pretty strong at 5th.

    If you take out each teams best and worst (as someone suggested) we have:
    New Orleans Saints 332
    Arizona Cardinals 331
    New York Giants 322
    New York Jets 319
    Carolina Panthers 312
    Green Bay Packers 307
    New England Patriots 291
    Minnesota Vikings 289
    San Diego Chargers 288
    Tennessee Titans 285
