I love Mariota. I think we need to do everything possible to get him. I was joking in stating my position as a fact. Of course its not a fact. You can't prove him a for sure nfl QB when he's never played a snap in the NFL. It's all speculation and based on opinion. I was saying "that's a fact" as a joke. Just my way of saying we need Mariota no matter what. I agree completely with it not being a fact.
When you are being so assertive about something and intend it to be taken seriously then it is a flaw in your message to then attempt to pass off that as a joke and not any indictment of my sense of humor. Why would I know that one statement was a joke but not the rest of it?

There's a reason the Redskins did what they did. RG3 is a once in a generation talent and had the best rookie season I've ever seen....by far. If he can become more consistent healthwise, he's going to be a very very good QB. The reward outweighs the risk.
