I can understand the frustration. Every time we have something to be happy about we're supposed to temper our enthusiasm because we are, after all, the JETS. We get a rookie sensation in the draft at QB. One who led his team to a Rose Bowl victory for USC, a team as close to an NFL caliber offense college football has to offer, but "DON'T INDUCT HIM INTO CANTON YET, IT'S ONLY 2 GAMES". We're not allowed to get excited because we're being irrational. Guess you can call us "SAME OLE JETS FANS" Well i for one say "FUCK EM". Fuck all the haters.Fuck all the darksiders. Fuck all the negitivity.I'm not afraid to say i'm excited about this team. I'm excited about our head coach. I'm excited about our $50 million QB who fucks HOT supermodels and will probably get more endorsement deals then Peyton Manning. I'm not saying that we are going to the SuperBowl this season, but i'm not afraid to say we're closer to it then we have been since 10-0 at the half in Denver. We're headed in the right direction boys and girls. How long has it been since we said that and REALLY believed it?
Anyone who is saying the Jets are gonna win the Super Bowl at this point is time does need to calm down. However, Jets fans have every reason to be excited about this team. If anyone can't enjoy what is happening with this team right now needs to rethink why they watch football in the first place.
Bashing the Jets when they look good has made many a sportswriter look good in the end. Praising them when they look good has made many a sportswriter look bad in the end. You could look it up. The Jets will get due respect when they finish the job and win a Super Bowl or look damn good for 3 or 4 years running. That's what it's going to take to make sportswriters willing to take the chance on the big burn they dispense every so often to guys who would make the mistake of frontrunning on them.
Yeah, a Jets fan who hates Mark Sanchez. I'm convinced he's actively rooting for him to fail for his own sake. At the bottom of the link you posted above? These words: This guy is just as much of a "fan" as those douchebag Vaynerfuck brothers.
the Jets can go 5-0 and beat the Titans, Saints(everyone loves), and Miami and you'll see one of these dumb articles that will try and say the Jets had a soft early schedule.
The tone of the article is similar to Mike Francesca. I called my friend who works at YES network to curse him out since I could not get to Fatcesca. Boy he really knows how to ruin a wet dream or should I say a Jet dream.
Super Bowl? Where do I sign up? Why not 16-0? Let us all dream a bit. I leave 7-11 excited about my lotto tickets every day expecting to win. Why be a fan if you don't hope for them to do well? That's just dumb. We're 2-0, people just are excited that the team looks this good. OP, don't ever question my fanhood indirectly again. Sorry if we all take a 2-0 start differently from you, the almighty jet fan.
Listen up.....The Jets are on the verge of being a Super Bowl team or strong contender and Sanchez will be a great QB....and thats the truth because thats just the way it is and people need to accept that
