That's debatable with the Jets drastically improving 4 key positions and having the 6th pick in the draft. Didn't Lee Evans ask to be traded?

Maybe it's a pipedream to say that the Jets can compete with the Patriots next year for the division but the Pats are getting older and have lost some key players, they have the Spygate thing hanging over their heads and they no longer have that air of invincibility. If not this coming year then definitely the year after if the Jets can keep improving.

The Bills are still a better team than the Jets?

Whats makes you say that? We lost to them by 3 and 10 points in the two games we played last year. Since then we've turned our O-Line from a huge weakness to a strength by replacing the two weakest parts of that unit with pro bowlers, upgraded at nose tackle, and signed an OLB that several teams were competing for. Kellen and Revis will both improve in their 2nd years playing and there is still the draft to address the rest of the needs.

What have the Bills done to improve since last year? And by the way, the Patriots have a lot of guys to replace after losing Samuels, Gay, Stallworth, and possibly Eugene Wilson.

Lets pray we're the new Yankees. That means we will win our division every year, make the playoffs every year and more times than not go to the super bowl and win as many as we lose there too.

Boosting that Offensive Line can only help. I just wonder with that injury history if we really got an upgrade at NT

    They don't compare.

The Yankees didn't stop winning because they signed Mussina, Giambi, Sheffield, and traded for A-Rod. They stopped winning mostly because they ignored the farm system, the pitching got old and left or retired, and they couldn't replace it in free agency.

I'm with you. Ex: The dolphins are building to be competitive in the future, The Jets are building to be competitive for the '08 season, and for the future as well. I think we're doing great! Since the baseball regular season is about to begin, I am trying to switch over to baseball mode, but the Jets NFL offseason has made it very hard for me. I am still running on football mode. GO JETS! Can't wait for the '08 NFL season to see our final product.:breakdance:
