I would not mind this, but in talking about not having a night game to be fair to other teams who will play in the playoffs the following week, the Jets luck would be a Sunday night game and then the early Wild Card game the next Saturday. haha.
Or New England loses vs. Arizona. Not to mention a Jets loss would not lose all meaning. Miami would still be playing for the division title.
You know I have to agree this game has so much more to it then just a Divisional win. And the networks will do anything to make sure the ratings are high on the last game and I am sure will blow this game way out of proportion. BUT it will be fun to have the JETS get the SPOTLIGHT in a game that matters. Instead of thinking where we fall in the draft picks. Granted we need to win this week. THEN the hype begins.
