Why would the Raiders trade with us? GreenBay does not need a QB. Neither does San Fran, so I don't understand the point of the Raiders trading there picks with our number 4. The Raiders would have to give up a minimum 3 picks and then would have to pay the person they draft with the 4th pick higher than what they would pay for the same player at the 7 pick....
Al Davis wants another super bowl win before he goes. The Gruden Raiders of the late 90's peaked just a bit too low. The Raiders now are hampered by a poor defense and lack of leadership (Kerry Collins was there so what's new?) at QB. I'm sure Davis is doing everything he can in this draft to get one of the QB's to come in and make a serious run at a Super Bowl two and three seasons up. He's only got a few years left to win it all.
