I think Hill would be all-world as the guy in the middle of the FG coverage unit standing in the middle unblocked and jumping straight up to have the ball deflect off his almost outstretched hands.

Last I played, yes. I remember putting Revis as a WR. He did pretty good there.
Edit: Revis was a created player and it was Madden 2003 o_O

I hate Hill, but I am surprised no other team would give us a 6th or 7th rounder for him. Trade him to the NFC and give Idzik another pick to help build his team.

Who better to cover a WR than an Ex-WR. Give him a shot.

They essentially tried it with Joe McKnight. It was yuck then it's yuck now.

Man, and to think finally Rex Ryan was right about a player on offense.

The Jets tried this with Chansi Stuckey in the final preseason game in 2008. I guess Manidiot wanted to see if Stuckey was worthy of occasionally being used in sub packages. It didn't take and he stayed at WR only.

I don't think Hill has the coordination to play the cornerback position successfully.

He's given position on the inside of the field by the defender and with that big frame he falls backwards...

For starters, he'd have the worst hands of any corner in the league.

Best thing that can happen is Hill gets injured.

no that is most certainly not the best thing, I don't know why you'd see that as such on any front.

Actually, ironically enough an injury could mean that he's kept on the roster, so even if you're not fond of him and have no such moral qualms over hoping he gets hurt, thats still a bad thing for you're purposes.
