I remember him and Darrell would jam each other hard as fack. That game in I think Miami Revis completely wore him out and I remember thinking, "damn Marshall has some dog in him." Very competitive
Truth. Whatever demons he has had in the past, he is conquering them or at least working through them, and it is inspiring and transcends merely the game.
Most mental health issues are made up by the drug industries? Wow. Just wow. That may be one of the stupid things I've ever heard in my life..... but isn't that attitude undertandable in a society that provides substandard care and victimizes people with mental illnesses? To say that these disorders are merely "demons" or are prefabricated, is in an insult to the people who deal with those too real conditions. Therapy and prescription drugs aren't perfect, but they are better than nothing.
I don't disagree with you entirely, but you don't quite get what I am saying but I don't want to derail the thread. Let's just leave it that unless you want to continue the topic in a different area of the forum.
No. It's cool. I was mainly replying to the other poster. I understand where your coming from. Yeah. Let's keep it to football.
http://articles.chicagotribune.com/...andon-marshall-rasheedah-watley-press-charges I'd probably hold off on calling Brandon Marshall a hero or role model and would probably think twice before giving him a network TV job with his rapsheet but it's refreshing to see him behaving and is on his way to a great season.
Since he was diagnosed and started taking medication he has not had any issues. Nothing in the 4 plus years since the diagnosis. I think it has become pretty clear between getting a little older, getting married and finding out he had a BPD that chances of another incident are a whole lot less likely.
