I am goign to the week 2 game vs Air Force and see that it's 40 bucks to park at the UM golf course which is the main tailgate area. I'm wondeirn if anyoen parks a little further away and walks....if so, where....
There's a huge gravel parking lot on the opposite corner (south west of the stadium) by a high school that is like $25-30 if I remember correctly. It's as close as the golf course but definitely cheaper. I think if you go further down S Main St there might be a couple of cheaper lots than that as well (the place I mentioned is the place I parked on my 2 visits, so I'm not sure about the rest).
I think I remember seeing some private lots east of the stadium that might be a little cheaper too. Long story short, you can def do better than $40 for the golf course.
