oh please. as awful as we played there's still 4 games left. if the pats lose to the bills or dolphins and we win out, we'd get the #1 seed. is that going to happen? probably not. i'm not sure how the common games would come out though if they lost to the packers and bears. either way, we'd have to run the table. it's unlikely but us making the playoffs last year was way more unlikely back to the drawing board.
Feel better? The team plays like a bunch of undisciplined children week in week out. They have a shit load of talent and a soft schedule. But, they have a shit ass OC, and play dumb football. If that is good enough for you, enjoy!!! I will wait till we have a real SB team to celebrate
this game is over and what's embarrassing is we couldn't do squat against statistically the worst defense in the NFL. That said, it's just one game, an important game, but just 1 game.

It is very possible. We might see these 5 seed vs 1 seed matchups in the divisional round- Saints at Falcons (their Monday night game on 12/27 may decide the division) Jets at Patriots
