No, the fact that we only had 29 yrds. rushing, Donald Driver reportedly ran the wrong route, and a mountain of other TEAM errors cost us, GB, an appearence in the Super Bowl, not merely the last pass Favre threw. It's all about a team, with members that equal each other. A FIELD GOAL KICKER WOULD BE NICE TOO! Can we get one of those please? Is Adam Vinatieri available, ya think? ;)

I'm ON the bandwagon. We look like a real team now. If we win the opener, the tailgate for the home opener vs. the Pats is going to be the greatest in franchise history....and that's a lot of charcoal and gas over the years.

i am on it, but i have one leg hanging off and my head looking behind me......

we all have to remember, these are the jets and success does not come easy regardless of who is on the field.

honestly i have a bad feeling about this and i think something bizarre will happen the first few weeks to make this a long long season. go ahead, kill me about the negative but what the hell do you expect from a 25 + year veteran fan

Every so often a season comes along in the life of a Jets fan and you have to commit to it, even against your better judgement.

This is one for me. I may suffer the anguish again but I've got to do it.

No sometimes it is difficult to tell on the internet, however, the next guy to post, Broadway Brett, noticed what I meant right away. I just figured you could read or were smart enough to figure it out.

I won't kill you because of the negative but reading your post makes me think how much SWEETER this season's going to be for you than me! I've been watching him work his magic for a long time and I have no doubt that the Jets will go far this year.

Smart enough to figure it out...Ha hAhaha. Un friggin realYep its what I was put here to do. Try and figure out what a 12 year old is talking about on the internet...an arrogant one at that. No need in calling you names, I feel bad for already dropping to that level.Figure you must get a lot of that on the playground. We are done, class is over and you are dismissed.

It really is not arrogance. It is just that there is not enough time in the day to deal with lack of intelligence.

I was wondering why you were on ignore. Sure enough it took all of 3 posts to figure that one out...........later

When Green Bay played the Ravens after they won the SB Ray Lewis commented now Brett Favre finds out how good he really is--He shredded them for 30 odd points.

In the 1st quarter of the 20th century the Wash. Senators won about 43% of their games--27% when the other guys pitched and 63% when Walter Johnson pitched. This went on for 20 plus years. Same thing here, for the last ten years the Packers have been real mediocre but we go to the playoffs alot because #4 has a problem with losing. That said he would rather take desperate chances to win and lose by 24 then play safe and keep it attaboy close and my god, some of the games he pulls out of the fire.

Here's my imitation of Namath. "You guys are going to enjoy this, I guarantee it." Best wishes.

In reference to Favre's last game as a packer and placing the blame on him...

Did you watch Al Harris at all that game? If I were the finger pointing type, I know who I'd be lined up on first. :p
