I think this is a big reason. Sensitivity. Many women would not take these jokes lightly. I just took a timeout from a forum that focuses on TV and movies where at least half the posters were female. Then some guy got ripped apart for using the slur "feminazi" in a joking manner. I said he should be able to use that word if he wanted to. Then I got ripped. And I prefaced the defense by saying I don't even like that word! So while I'm sure the dick swinging is a factor, we would definitely need to rein in the language if we want this place to be more lady inclusive. I personally do not care, although I'd like to have Jessie back.
You might be right. But like I said at the OP, I see tons of girls and women at the Jets games but almost no females on message boards. Not on here not on Jet Nation. I find it interesting.

Considering the derogatory crap that regularly goes on, I don't blame women for outing themselves. Also, sent the link of the Chris Rock video to my wife and she doesn't believe that's why men try to help women.
