I disagree with that. Cromartie got beat as many times as any of the other CBs in his pay range were getting beat. Joseph in Houston has been beat a lot to over the years. The Jets safety stuggles hurt him to, its no coincidence Cromarties best season was the season in which the Jets had great safety play (Laron Landry and Yeremiah Bell). Having good safeties behind you allows you to play more freely, look at Sherman, he is very good but has benefited greatly from his safeties. Cromartie was hurt all last season to, he is now healthy and is looking solid again. Idzik took Patterson over him, he ended up taking a one year/3 million dollar deal. I see him now just bouncing around to Super Bowl Contenders for the remainder of his years.

Landry's poor coverage skills left him on his own last year, making It look like it was Cro's fault all the time

People act like top corners dont get burnt, a lot do. The Giants signed DRC and I have seen him get burnt multiple times. Jonathon Joseph down in Houston I have seen get torched many times. Not everyone is a shut down corner, last season Cromartie was injured all year and was trying his best but it was not enough.

The Cardinals secondary is atrocious. And the teams Slauson and Howard are on suck as much as this team does. Sanchez has had one good performance and he still threw two picks. Give me a break
Sanchez. Are you kidding. Give him credit for preserving a win for Philly and playing fairly well. After not playing for a year. After seeing him play for over 60 starts I don't think he's good enough to be a starter. He's way too inconsistent. And to say "I told you so" after just a game and saying we should have re-signed Sanchez is front running. If he plays a lot and is good then you can say that. I have no problem not re-signing Howard. They signed Bruno who has been ok instead. Slauson should have been re-signed.
