I really wonder about this guy. He obviously has an aversion to condoms. Is it possible he has only fucked eight times? Did he try to pull out and simply fail eight times? Were there a dozen other women he slept with who all maybe were practicing birth control? Will Cromartie retire within a couple years after he discovers he is HIV positive? All sorts of questions.
I would think the chances are high that he contracted some kind of STD. If someone has had that many children by that many different women, you're probably dealing with a guy who's had unprotected sex with scores of women, and doesn't think about the consequences. I also would question the motives of any woman that would marry him.
