I’m having a hard time looking at him with his bleach blonde mustache. First signature haircuts. Now signature mustaches?
What has AB done that has led to a "locker room cancer" perception? I see ridiculous production, best WR in the game. I watched his ESPN interview, and he made some good points that led him to be annoyed at Pitt management, especially about how the GM called all of his players except for Ben, children. I didn't see any Pitt players speaking poorly of AB. For a 3rd round pick, you absolutely go for it.
He said a bunch of crap that would lead someone to believe he is a locker room cancer. Not sure how you don't see it. “I don’t even have to play football if I don’t want. I don’t even need the game, I don’t need to prove nothing to anyone,” Brown said. “If they wanna play, they going to play by my rules. If not, I don’t need to play. “If I’m your guy, make me know I’m your guy, but don’t say I’m your guy and point fingers,” Brown said. “Don’t say I’m your guy and then don’t throw me the ball the whole first quarter.” I’m a millionaire, bro, I’m an entrepreneur, like I don’t have to prove no one anything. He is also a big time diva. He took a helicopter to training camp. He also threw a football at Big Ben at practice, but when he was interviewed he actually had the gall to say, "I didn't throw any stones at anyone." Yeah, I guess you didn't. You just threw footballs at people. Grow up.
Roethlisberger got on Antonio Brown for running a bad route in practice. So Brown chucked the ball at Roethlisberger's face and left and didn't show up for 3 days... during the regular season. the week of a must-win game for the division title That's a locker room cancer alone. And I'm not even touching his antics on social media. I like his play too and I would trade for him as well but I would be doing so, knowing full well I am acquiring a primadonna/locker room cancer
Jets and Arizona are out on the AB chase as per Rappaport. Clearly the Steelers are looking for a 1, may be a 2. I wouldn't give them a 3 with the state of this team. His attitude is exactly what a young QB in need of help and support DOES NOT NEED.
AB is a nut case. He had a career year in TDs and he is still crying like a little bitch. Pre-Medonna WRs want the ball and they want touchdowns. Brown got plenty of that and practically scored a TD in every game. He will be hard pressed to find that production elsewhere. Big Ben played a role in that. But that is still not enough for little AB. He will bring disconnection to teams in the future. The Jets certainly don’t need that. Imagine AB only getting 85 balls, 1,100 yards and 7 TDs with this team. He would combust.
just to clairfy, it wasn't a bad route in practice. it was a game where he threw to brown in the end zone and was either picked or complete or whatever. then Ben was doing his weekly guest appearance on a local sports radio program and was asked about the play and he said "AB should have ran the route flatter and I should have thrown to juju instead" and brown too huge offense to that and basically hated ben and started all this shit over that comment. completely childish behavior by brown. he's about to see just how good he had it in pitt though
