This internet stuff is crazy and scary. I'll take the gun culture over them any day. But unfortunately they sometimes cross paths. But as soon as there's another shooting without even knowing the facts they start screaming about no gun zones instead of trying to understand the problem and at least attempting to reduce the ease at getting firearms (and keeping them from the insane). Even though making it tougher to get a gun would not affect them personally one iota. (and that's all they care about). OK they might have to wait an extra day or two to get their gun. You'd think they would be for it because these kinds of shootings give gun ownership a black eye. I don't know about the security situation at most college campuses. Do they have armed security? And if there is a no gun zone can qualified carriers be an exception to the rule. In other words people with a more thorough background check, training and experience. With all of these nutty kids going to school do you really want all of them carrying guns to class with them. I don't.
