Because of our poor drafting since 01/12/69 is the reason we have not have won another SB since that day in case U R unaware of that fact
Can't lay Hill on Rex. He went out of his way to announce that Hill was NOT his pick right after the draft. At the time he framed it as complement to the GM's draft acumen. I remember being blasted here at the time when I suggested that Rex was actually making sure everyone knew it wasn't his call because he probably had an idea the guy was a potential bust....
This is off Twitter Adam Caplan @caplannfl 7m Stephen Hill did pass through waivers unclaimed. Due to the new rules, I believe Hill can be signed to a practice squad.
Especially after his agent threw everyone involved in the Jets offense under the bus. Apparently he would have been a probowl WR with a decent team.
I don't think Coples will ever evolve into an all-pro, but I think Rex is carving out a role for him that he can excel in if he puts in consistent effort.
I don't know .the kid lives in the offensive back field. If hurries start turning into sacks he will be more appreciated. Right now his floor seems to be Bryan Thomas. Solid not spectacular pro
Well I guess it's a good thing you aren't the general manager of the team or else we'd be fielding 6th and 7th round draft picks at outside linebacker.
I think you meant Monumental Waste Of Time especially where Hill is concerned. 31 other teams didn't claim him and he won't make the Jets PS.
