    Pedro hasn't been working out and isn't going to pitch in 2010, I heard one of the hosts on WFAN talking about it a few days back...but he's open to pitching in 2011 lol.

    Which means Minaya will sign him to a one year, 8 million dollar deal with a vesting option if he makes 15 starts.
