I can confidently tell you with complete honesty that had this been about the Yankees, or Jets, or Nets, I would have laughed anyway. You can't tell me I wouldn't. I've laughed many times at references to the sexuality of both Jeter and ARod, when ARod is married, and Jeter nailed Mariah. I've laughed at things like people saying Jeter is a poor shortstop, however uninformed the statement. When statements were made about the mental state of Chick Knoblauch, I laughed. It wasn't really funny to be a fan, and have to watch it, but it doesn't change the humor. Plain and simple, it was a sarcastic letter. It wasn't meant to be a detailed dissection of the Mets' season. Nor was it meant to be serious. You guys are just too busy getting pissed off to see the humor. You want to sit and nitpick things you see as misinformed statements being represented as funny? Well, I'll ask you this: Are you going to see Borat?
