Ok, i feel like an ass-hole... sorry. I realized after i posted it that you were probably reliable - I'm just used to all of these BS threads being posted from people that have no link and it turns out to be false

We have a LEGIT secondary now...

Dyson, Barrett, Miller, Strait is a helluva a young and talented dime package! Woooo!

I like it we got veteran presence. You have to remember people wanted him last yr when he was a FA. He can compete with Barrett and Miller, and the loser will be the nickelback. So we got one position addressed. Strait as insurance is a plus. Will we draft a CB? you never know but its not a major need.

The article said he would take over for Law so I guess...

    - the Jets have alot of confidence in him...

    - The Jets like Barrett ALOT as a nickel back

Now we have nice depth at CB, and maybe a pretty good rotation. So who starts opposite him?

    Starting Cornerbacks: Miller and Dyson

    Backups: Barret, Strait.

They need some tutoring/coaching, but could be great

Looks like that huge hole in the secondary just got a lot smaller. Dyson isn't elite by NFL hype standards, but he's a MUCH better option covering the opposition's #1 wideout than Miller or Barrett right now.

BTW, it looks like that idiot notion that no players want to play for the Jets just got SQUASHED.

Great pick up. There 1st big signing . They almost got him last year so i am glad he came back. Very physical player with good experience. Makes the secondary better immediately. He will fit into Manginis plans perfect. Next up sign a offensive tackle.

I'm very happy about this signing! As has been said, Dyson isn't elite, but he is talented. He has some raw talent that can be honed also. Great job TANGINI!

Mangini is going to make Dyson into a BEAST. Good signing.

Good move by the front office. Hopefully Dyson can stay healthy.
