I didn't see Brown, but for a 4 or 5 year period there was never a more destructive talent at RB than Earl Campbell. We was a dump truck going 80mph. I honestly think guys in the league were afraid to tackle him. They say that Nagurski had the same effect.

Curtis Martin is my All-time favorite Jet. He's much greater than some give credit for. Without question one of the All-Time great 3-down RB's who could do it all. He lined up every week in our backfield and played his heart out with all out effort and determination without an inch of quit.

Fans who've forgotten rarely mention his pass protection. They underestimate his versatility and impact as a pass catcher coming out of the backfield. They never, ever talk about how tough he was as a ball carrier and one of the greatest RB percentages of All-Time in terms of ball protection because he rarely ever fumbled. It's sad. People forget how Pennington had a noodle arm, opposing defenses would literally stack 7-8 men in the box with Chris Martin as their RED-X Gameplans focal point.

To say that Martin was a "stat complier" just goes to show how much knowledge one lacks in terms of judging a great RB's overall ability and impact of a game.
