The difference is negligible. Pat Ryan 345 Attempts 46 Sacks - One sack per 13.71 Attempts Compare that to maybe the LEAST mobile QB in Jets history who was blessed with a real offensive line: Vinny Testaverde - 1854 Attempts 77 Sacks - One Sack per 24.07 Attempts
Vinny was actually very mobile pre Achilles and Vinny threw the ball away to avoid sacks thus why he threw so many more INTs. Ryan was 3 1/2 attempts behind Ken per INT. that should tell you something. Ryan also actually won a playoff game.
