You guys realize the good seats go for 700/tix.. after the 25K psl? So let me get this right... Someone with 4 tix can either take the family to see the jets play a shitty team like cincy for 2800 + parking and concesstions = aprrox 3,000..... Or lets take the family to cancun for a week.. HMMMMM... We really are all sick

I'm pretty sure that the most expensive seats will be purchased primarily by businesses for client use. Not many individuals will be able to afford the most expensive PSL and tix.

I think transferring them now resets one's seniority.

I've gone back and forth on this. If by some miracle I'm offered non-PSL seats, I'll likely grab a couple of those. I think this is highly unlikely since I have no seniority (was first offered season tickets this year (I've been buying from a friend for about 12 years)).

If I have a shot at the $4 or $5k PSL seats, I may try to just buy 1 with a friend or family member buying another. I'd much rather have two in my name, but I can't really see dropping $10k on two seats, especially in these tough times with unemployment soaring, etc.

Anything higher than that is just silly, IMO, unless one is very, very wealthy.

I think I remember that the Jets only sold about 1/3 of the tickets they wanted to auction so far. Any chance of them rethinking their pricing? The economy keeps getting worse and worse. They really picked the wrong time for this. I wonder if things keep getting worse for the next couple months and if sales are tepid if they'll rethink pricing. Probably a pipe dream, and I don't expect this, but a man can dream, right :)

The only way to transfer now without losing seniority is by transferring to an immediate family member. I know a few people taking upper levels who want to transfer to their small children. I considered doing this, but do I really want to start my kids along this long, dark path?
