Pickett is Pittsburgh's starter, he just didn't start against us but did play the entire second half.

Tua is nothing to write home about and look how good their backup did. He completed every pass thrown to their top two wide receivers! You can't do any better than that, right?

Rodgers thumb had no impact on the game. The threw the ball fine. The Jets defense just knocked the crap out of him.

So again, yes. We win those games anyway.

Pickett is now Pittsburgh's starter, but he wasn't at the beginning of the month and would probably still be on the bench if Trubisky didn't choke, his NFL debut was the second half against the Jets. I wasn't even writing in terms of Tua - remember, it was Bridgewater who started for Miami and was knocked out by the new, revised concussion protocol and even though he tested negative for a concussion a "spotter" saw him stumble and that was sufficient to send him to the locker room. Did you see either of those games?

Your opinion of how much Rodgers' thumb was a problem is very different than mine and makes me think you didn't see the game and how much attention he was paying to it, grimacing, flexing and turning his arm, especially in the first half. The Aaron Rodgers we saw Sunday was not the Rodgers going into the Hall of Fame on the first ballot and the results of the last three weeks are what only a tiny minority of football fans, even Jets fans, would have expected.

This week a contender for the HOF starts against the Jets if his hamstring is well enough; whether he finishes the game is another question but I won't even bother to ask what you think the outcome will be. None of this even considers what Jets players may be lost. I probably won't even bother to query when the Jets play Buffalo, some people have their minds made up far in advance but at least I now know what the earlier "Yes" meant.

I won't get into a back and forth because I hate wasting time. I think anyone reading my post and your response will see things my way. I'm extremely confident in that.

So, you're saying you didn't see the games? And your questioning is just to be a pain in the ass because I gave you my time? And here I thought we had the opportunity to understand our differing opinions a little better. Oh, well.

Where did I say I didn't see the games? What up with all the lying?

What are you, a politician? Twice now I've mentioned it and you have chosen not to address the subject. It's almost like you're hoping the question disappears. I would also note that even though I answered a question from you in the Jets forum about two other teams you declined to answer my question about why that subject was important and while I took the time to fully answer your question, no such courtesy was returned.

After initially seeing the spread shrink we are now favored on the road.

Hope the team keeps their heads on straight and doesn't fall into the trap.
