To be fair, no one is either perfect or a complete screw up, but people are usually leaning closer to one end or the other, and the fact that someone has hired them for a job doesn't make them automatically lean toward perfect. Bradway, more often than not, was a moron. That he received a paycheck did not change that. I don't see why people have a problem with some fans voicing displeasure, others voicing elation. It's entirely conceivable that the FO picks were not as beneficial as the picks some dweeb sitting on his computer banging out a mock or fantasy Jets draft would be. Who knows. But why come in here and botch and moan about other people bitching and moaning?
Im not saying these are good picks, because i cant tell you i have never watched tape on any of these guys and even if i did i would have no idea what to look for. I think what the idea in this thead is that no one has enough information to form an opinion on these guys or anyone. I just dont like people telling me these players sucks and will not work at all with our team without seeing them in the scheme of things. It just gets annoying after awhile when people are complaining after every pick, save it for in the preseason when we see they that they really suck and then let the bashing begin on Tangini until then no opinions.

You're a good poster and a knowledgeable fan, but sometimes you have a tendency to overreact and think people are threatening your freedom of speech. I can understand what Jetsin2004 is saying...posters here are already writing off players that they have no idea about simply because they never heard of them. People may think that a paragraph review on the player on some website is all they need to know about the player, without even considering that maybe Tannenbaum and Mangini have done far more research than they have. Of course fans can share their opinions, but when they start saying outlandish things without backing it up with solid arguments, how much are those opinions actually worth?
Which is why in another thread I said we have to put our faith in them because it's all we have. I'm not Jumpin ship and I still am giving el Duo TannGini a shot. It's still a long way to go to say El Duo sucks or that I have bailed. Nah, i'm on board. Just expressing my concerns
You're welcome to an opinion but back it up with facts. When you say someone is reaching, and then cite Mel Kiper Jr, you basically are citing your neighbor, because he may have more knowledge.

Totally agree. Some guys on here are completely dillusional and think all of our draft picks should be instant All-Pro's.
