This is hands down the worst pro football team I’ve ever seen. The worst part is anyone with a brain saw it coming the day Gase was hired. Unfortunately our owner is fucking brainless.
No chance even with the #1 pick that this franchise turns around in 1 year. This is expansion level talent on this entire roster. It will take at least 3 years to overhaul a roster this bad. We are bad at everything. That is hard to do in this NFL.
I disagree. We have 10 picks next year, 4 in the first 2 rounds. Plus we have a shit ton of money in cap space. With a guy like Trevor Lawrence, we can easily turn this franchise around quickly

It's a dumpster fire with Adam Gase and company. Things change very quickly if you hire the right coach and pair him with a rookie like Trevor Lawrence. A franchise can look totally different in one year. And the same argument can be made for a team like the Browns. Everyone said the same shit about no free agent wanting to go there.
There are people on this forum who were ok with this hire. It's impossible to process what they could have expected. This is by far the worst hire in the history of the franchise, and unlike Kotite, it was crystal clear what was coming. If this loser isn't gone in the morning, we should all find a place to meet and symbolically burn our Jets gear for this dipshit owner to see.
Worst team in American sports... Unfortunately, I think Gase gets fired after this game because of the complete ineptitude of every facet of the game. He prob is our best shot at getting #1 overall
The longer we let this absolute tire fire burn, the more it won’t matter who is here next year. We have a front office and owner that chose the worst coach in the NFL over all-pro and pro bowl players. That will resonate for a long time with the rest of the league and the longer we show an allegiance to Gase, the more long term damage we do.
I don't disagree with your point, but my point still remains. With the right head coach and draft, this franchise can recover rather quickly and be able to sign top free agents
Well football athletes will follow the money for sure because of the lack of guaranteed contracts. I do think a team can revive itself starting with a decent QB like Luck, Burrow, etc. QB position is probably the most important position in all of sports.

Maybe in the analytics room, but he cannot rally a team together. He is a playback guy who doesn't know how to manage a game. Its very alarming. The Johnson's are so terrible at decision making, frankly I wish the league had relegation so the Jets would be so bottom tier they'd be force to sell to new ownership
