The ineptitude of Gase's offense is truly mind boggling.

I skimmed thru the game, primarily to confirm that Leo adds nothing of value and is just mailing it in...and it really drove home how shitty it is...3rd string qb or not.

The defense is nothing to write home about either...

When we hired Gase over McCarthy, I said it was the most asinine decision in the past 30 years.
    Because ...

As I said at the time, THIS is what "The Offensive Genius" accomplished in Miami ...
His team took the field 49 times, and they scored 17 points or less 23 times.
And now we can update that to 26 times out of 52 games coached.
FIFTY PERCENT of the goddamn time, he couldn't find a way to put more than 17 on the board.
    Are you kidding me??

His team took the field 49 times and got outscored by 18 or more points 12 times.
You can now update that to 13 times in 52 games, so his team has failed to be prepared and competitive 25% of the time!! He's lost by 20 or more points 9 times in those 52 games, so he's gotten stomped better than 1 out of every 6. Simply Horrendous.

This man is a God Awful coach.
But the IMBECILES who run this team, thought that they nabbed the next Bill Walsh because Peyton Manning blew smoke up their asses. There was another guy who just spent his coaching career going to the playoffs every year, and won a Super Bowl ... something we haven't accomplished in 50 years ... and they turned him down to hire this incompetent failure instead.

You just can't make it up.
I'm sure we're stuck with him for 13 more games. But after that ... for the love of god ... get your heads out of your asses and hire someone who knows how to run an offense and prepare a team.

    3rd string QB?

  5. The Johnsons will always go for the smartest guy in the room rather than the best football mind.

Thats how we keep ending up w these supposed schematic wiz’s who cant put theory into practical production, cant motivate a team, cant evaluate talent & cant collaborate w others.

Thats how weve kept ending up w these crafty bean counters who outsmart themselves w their economical principles & not enough scouting/football acumen to fall back on to produce a positive draft class or 2.

Hopefully Douglas broke the cycle from a GM standpoint..Gase looks like another casualty.

Nah he doesn't seem like the type to do that.

Leo seems more likely I think.

He's not even using Bell correctly.

I remember Bell being one of the more dynamic running backs in the league. Gase has turned him into a three yards and a cloud of dust in between the tackles 'power back' and even when they throw him the ball nothing in space where he can get big yac.

And Robby is the forgotten man in this offense.

Gase is an unmitigated disaster. It’s hard to judge him without a healthy Darnold but he’s been so atrocious I feel I have to. He’s literally a deranged lunatic version of a Jeremy Bates/Todd Bowles combo. That’s the new coach.

Whatever! When will fans realize that you win with players. If the Pats lost Brady it would be all over.

They went 10-6 without him the only time he missed a season. Went 4-0 when he was suspended too. So...

    They went 11-5. Not 10-6.
