I didn’t see anything brilliant from zac Taylor. We got beat by more talent. Our o line was beat by Dunlap and Atkins, our corners couldn’t cover their receivers and tight ends. Nothing special nothing tricky. Just beat.
This guy has just helped a second crap franchise end their chances of going 0-16 (and one was actually trying to reach that dubious mark). Not acceptable in any way, shape, or form. He's got to go.
I, like 99% of this fan base, wanted no part of AG and nothing that I have seen so far refutes that thinking. The problem is the owner and QB see things that I cannot. Plus, we have a GM that holds zero power to fire him. He'll be here next year and there's nothing that'll happen this season that's going to change that fact...
As much as it makes us all feel better to vent, AG will be here at least until the end of next year. Its the sad reality of things. We just have to try to stomach this disaster and hope for the worst. If this team improves next year, Gase could even be here a 3rd year. This team needs to just flat out suck the rest of the year and next year with any hopes of getting in a new coach.
Gase can not win on the road, could not do it with the dolphins 1 road win last yr and his only road win this season was at home against the Giants
Issue a public apology to Rhule. Back up the Brinks truck and dump enough money into his lap that he looks like Scrooge McDuck. Just get Gase out of here ASAP. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
He'll get until the end of next year. Nothing more. They are not making another Toilet Bowles mistake
The Bengals are giving up 166 yds per game, and are extremely weak on the outside, Yet the guru calls 24 passes and 9 rushes in the first half . Most of the runs straight up the middle WTF.
Given the fact that we cannot run the ball vs. anyone, I'm really not that surprised or disappointed by the shitty rushing numbers or running calls. What blows my mind is that we literally only have one running play. Two if you count the QB keeper we've run on the goal line. It's like Gase is completely content getting to 2nd and 8 to 2nd and 12. And we'll just make up for it with deeper routes. The two best teams in this league run jet sweeps, pull guards, tackles and centers all over the place. They fake it and let the QB keep it and throw passes off of it. Watching the formations and misdirection that the 49ers and Ravens make it infuriating to watch the Jets run it up the guy with three receivers and a tightend on first down. When we brought extra tightends in and ran to the tightend heavy sides, it worked. And then we stopped. Because once again. Down 17-3, everything looked like we were looking for that elusive 14 point pass. Just like after the Dallas game. We were trying to get 3 wins with one throw against the Jaguars and Patriots.
Is it just me or the Jets are horrible on Games on Thanksgiving weekend? Other the the buttfumble game, I just seem to remember (and have to remind my) not a good weekend to be Jet fan when you go in travel or hosts. When was the last time they won on a Thanksgiving weekend for crying out loud.
Why was Rex fired to begin with? I mean who was taking Bowles over Rex? Going back to 2014 why did Rex have to go if we didn't have an upgrade candidate.
