To be fair guys... I was initially a fan of the Herm Edwards hire, Mangini hire, Rex Ryan hire, Todd Bowles hire...those were cool when they first happened Those eventually sucked major balls. Maybe this will turn shit around
Well tbh I liked him up until the Gase hire. Now im done until we reach the playoffs again, but who knows how long that will take.
Lets all go to the press conference and boo the shit out of the guy and and anyone that gets up to speak. Let's give him a proper welcome so he knows what to expect.
You know nothing John Snow. WTF are they thinking? Remember that time when the Bills hired an AFCE retread?
Text from a Dolphins fan friend “sorry. Gase is awful. He’s Bowles on the sidelines, no emotion, and players hate him.” Tweet from a Bears fan friend “I feel bad for Darnold. Thank god Trubisky got out from under Loggains” We nailed it guys!
After a Rhule scare, this does not seem so bad. I wanted MM, but I really think this guy overachieved with the Dolphins. Even this year, 7-9 is way too good for the lack of talent they have. 23-25 is a very respectable record for a garbage Miami team with Tannehil as QB, who is often hurt or banged up. Ask yourself this: would you want that guy as our QB? And Gase is young too. So, while would have been nice to have Mike, I am just glad we didn't end up with someone like Rhule.
I would say he made Tannehill and Cutler look much better then what they are. I don't think he is a whiz by any means. Didn't utilize his best player Kenyan Drake enough. Gase may have kept that in contention for a playoff spot. IDK, I feel indifferent about it to be honest. I think he can develop Darnold and get him in an offense that best suites his talents.
Not sure it will help the pain but I saw this on twitter Offensive coordinator for best season of Peyton manning career- Adam Gase Head coach for the best/2nd best season of jay cutler career- Adam Gase Head coach for best season of Ryan tannehill career- Adam Gase
Todd Bowles: Led top ten scoring offense 1/4 seasons as HC. Best: 10 (2015) I sure hope that's as meaningless as it appears.....
Sorry it should have said head coach for cutler and tannehill I'll edit that, but he is essentially the OC and HC
