On the topic of veteran minicamp, Darnold is having a terrible day. Two interceptions and numerous missed throws.
Darnold said after practice that they installed a huge part of the new offense today and this was the first time he's run a bunch of those plays. Probably explains the off day after having great showings during the voluntary portions. It's also fucking June 4th.
Get those turnovers out of the way now. We don't want to see them in September. First time in OTA's that I heard he's not looking good. Lets hope it's just today. He does well tomorrow and we head into the break before camp that he's played well.

Just like I wasn't jumping for joy when Darnold looked good in OTAs, I'm not flipping out that he was bad today. Same goes if he looks great later this week. OTAs and minicamp don't matter. Training camp doesn't matter. Preseason doesn't matter. September is when it matters.
