For me… Namath era uni’s are THE best. Hands down. Green jersey, white jersey, either one looks awesome. Slight issue is that jerseys have changed since the 60s/70s and no longer really have sleeves to speak of, so that sleeve design doesn’t translate as well to the current jerseys, including the stripe that falls across the shoulder and just stops instead of going around under the arm. But even still…these are the best and we should go back to these including the helmet and just use the current shade of Gotham Green. Second are these updated sack exchange uni’s…the jersey for sure is simple and clean and looks great in both green or white. I still think the Jets logo is beyond kindergarten and amateurish in block letters, but it is of the time and while I’d prefer to actually have a real logo instead of just writing the word Jets out, this is tolerable because the shade of green on the helmet just works. Finally, those awful Gase uni’s just out and out suck…the stupid stripe on the shoulder, the “New York” lettering, the stupid half stripe on the pants…there is nothing good about these uni’s and they should be trashed and never worn again. my two cents
