    Inherently enough, ex Jet like Klecko and Marshall for starters, think that AR will be totally the wrong move for much the same reasons some here fear, regarding leverage picks for a young team, but most importantly because with a very young team, AR critical demeanor would create more separation and problems than cohesiveness and long term success
