Reading the tea leaves, it seems like Joe D is waiting for Packers to agree his terms before agreeing a trade. I firmly believe Rodgers is done deal. Both Joe and Aaron are waiting for Packers to come to Jets' terms. Come Sunday we will see Rodgers in Jets' uniform on Joe D's terms. Fingers crossed. Signed: Brook! the delusional.
Here's a video clip of the Mark Murphy interview. It sure sounds like the Packers are ready to move on from Rodgers particularly since Murphy continually refers to Arod in the past tense.

Trust me. Rodgers wants to play for Jets. But he doesn't want Jets to give up much so that they can build a team around him for one final VLT. I believe Packers will cave come Sunday. Take Monday off from work folks. We are about to drink to celebrate come Sunday night.
JD has been working on this for months. The though that some team is going to jump in, maneuver the cap and come up with the cash/trade compensation is pretty unbelievable.
What scares me is our defense beat up on some really bad qbs last yr. It seemed like every week we were going up against a back up. I think overall we are a 8-12 th defense We need to pay Williams who is our stud, If we trade for Rodgers ,his cap hit is very low the first 2 yrs but we still need to pay his contract, when guys like G wilson,Sauce, Vera, etc are looking for their second contracts we will most likely paying dead money to Rodgers Rodgers is about himself, he never was like Brady in taking less money for a better team. It is always about AROD. So in his mind he is worth the 2 1st and if it does not happen that way he might just want to stay in Green Bay. Aaron wants to be known as a star and valued as a star. A second rd pick is an insult to him. Especially after the Carolina trade today.

Rodgers doesn't give a hoot what draft picks the Packers get in return for him. Green Bay is effectively washing their hands of him, they're ready to move on with Jordan Love. Aaron wants nothing more than to prove to the Pack and the world that he's got a lot left in the tank and he will demonstrate that when he takes the reigns of the New York Jets offense next season.
So when's the big announcement? Sunday night about ten minutes before the NCAA selection show hits the air?

Lazard is trash? I never got the memo... He stats out basically the same as G. Wilson... except he scored more touchdowns on 50% less targets. Are there whispers he may join the Jets? That would be nice...
