    I was going to say it but the article did but they were also somewhat connected to an unsolved shooting that involved someone possibly Hernandez walking up to a car and sticking a handgun in and shooting 2 of the 3 people in that car. The shooter was described as a football player with tattoos possibly "Hawaiian" somehow the Gainsville PD never solved this case and the possible suspect Hernandez refused to talk because he was only 17 at the time.

    There was a whole section of Route 128 shut down so that police could investigate something in the median strip.

    Technically he is innocent until proven guilty. Maybe they strongly feel he was framed or that he is innocent. Who knows? Either way, you can't fine or suspend somebody for that. It's not like it's a slam dunk, DNA on the crime scene case, despite how bad it looks for him.
