I am a Miami Hurricanes fan but i digress, http://www.nfldraftcountdown.com/scoutingreports/qb/vinceyoung.html These are serious issues which scare me. He nevers goes under center, and he runs a typical college offense in which he reads what the lb's do. If they come up he throws it over the top and if the play back he outruns everyone, which you cant do in the NFL. He also beat up on a USC defense which was bad last year, not to diminish what may be the greatest biggest performance by a college Qb in a big game. If u told me the Jets could get him i would be happy but if I had a shot at Matt I would take himover Young. Just my opinion thats all

I am not a Leinhart fan, but I would take a guy who sits back in the pocket any day over a guy who would rather force something. How many playoff games have Vick, Brooks, Culpepper won? McNabb actually improved when he stopped running, and decided to be a passer. Now how many games has Brady won? Hell, how many QBs that won the Super Bowl were pocket passers?

There is a reason they are called quarterbacks. Running back is already taken.

your talking about not getting Matt Leinert because he has a weak arm and then you say you want Shockley?

He might move to WR because he doesnt have a strong enough arm for the NFL...

We are in a great position for them wanting to trade with us. You are still going to get a high impact player with the #4 pick. You will also get either Abraham or the pick we get from trading Abraham!

Sorry thats just what I've been hearing from those "draft experts"...

I don't know why they are called "experts"...most people on alot of football message boards can do way better than them.

I'm not familiar with Georgia and shouldn't have opened my mouth...so I apologize.:)

Nah...I'm biased...Everybody is entitled to there opinion...There's no right or wrong....were just passing time....mental orgies of football

Shockley is a 1st year senior starter at Georgia & requires more experience.
He has dynamic talent from the footage I've seeen of him & I'm gonna watch some games of him I have on tape.

I'd go for Aaron Brooks, the guy is inconsistent as hell, but does have his moments. Of course he wouldn't be a long term solution but I'd rather have him as a stop gap than someone like Ramsey.
