you know how superstars always get the calls on the field? and you wonder how much of that is 'mandated' by the league to the refs?

now the jets/giants with their new stadium are the premadonnas of the league, getting the SB and such. wonder if the jets will 'get the calls' this season.

I don't think any team, even perennial contenders like the Pats or Colts, get blanket calls. Most of the time, it's players that get calls, not teams. Revis will get favorable calls, as he did in 2009. Possibly Mangold and LT and maybe Jason Taylor. Outside of that, expect the norm.

 

There is absolutely no way the Jets make the SB this year...or ever.

Not gonna happen.
