I'm not sure. My ranked record went down the toilet the last couple of days. I started out 12-3 or something with 2 of those losses being BS disconnects and then I lost like 8 in a row. Bastards.

My only other suggestion is to select the middle tier teams. I think removing the bottom 5 and top 5 teams is a great idea - if we have 22 people who join. If we only have 16 people for example, maybe we remove the top 8 and bottom 8 teams
Just to follow up my previous post, I've included the list of all 32 teams and there ratings from worst to first. IMO once you get past the Bucs, the teams are respectable.
